We are looking to strengthen our Compliance & Corporate Advisory team with a dedicated professional who is eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of client compliance requirements.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Compliance Manager who is genuinely eager to learn and contribute meaningfully to our compliance and corporate advisory functions. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in compliance without the distraction of a concurrent professional degree — we're looking for full-time commitment and focus on the job itself.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end statutory and regulatory compliance for client entities (Companies Act, ROC filings, LLP compliances, etc.)
- Assist in drafting resolutions, minutes, notices, and other corporate secretarial documents
- Support incorporation, registration, and licensing processes for new entities
- Track compliance calendars and ensure timely filing of statutory returns and forms
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies (MCA, ROC, RBI, SEBI as applicable) on behalf of clients
- Assist Partners in corporate advisory assignments — restructuring, due diligence, and governance matters
- Maintain and update client compliance records, registers, and documentation
- Research and stay updated on changes in corporate law, compliance requirements, and regulatory circulars
- Support internal audits and compliance health-checks for client organizations
- Build strong working relationships with clients to understand and anticipate their compliance needs
- Take ownership of assigned compliance tasks with minimal supervision as experience grows
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Should NOT be currently enrolled in or pursuing CS, CA, CMA, LLB, or any other professional qualification — this role requires full focus and availability
- Genuine interest in compliance, corporate law, and regulatory work
- Strong willingness to learn — prior hands-on experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Good understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and compliance calendars
- Basic understanding of the Companies Act, LLP Act, or corporate compliance framework (preferred, not mandatory)

- Prior internship or work exposure in a CA/CS firm, legal firm, or corporate compliance department
- Proactive,
self-driven attitude with a strong learning orientation
- Comfortable working directly with Partners and taking on responsibility early
- Good research skills — able to independently look up compliance requirements and regulatory updates

Compensation
26000 - 35000/ Monthly, commensurate with experience

- Assisting in ROC filings, secretarial compliance, and drafting of minutes, notices, and resolutions.
- Working on incorporation, alteration, and closure of companies/LLPs.
- Supporting the team in maintaining statutory registers and records.
- Preparing and filing forms with MCA.
- Exposure to corporate law, FEMA, and other regulatory frameworks.
