We're looking for an experienced Franchise Consultant who has successfully helped multiple brands expand through franchising.

This is not an entry-level or theoretical consulting role. We need someone with a proven track record of building franchise models, onboarding franchise partners, and scaling businesses across India.

Responsibilities:

- Develop a complete franchise expansion strategy.
- Build the franchise business model and unit economics.
- Create franchise SOPs, operations manuals, and training processes.
- Design franchise fee structure, royalty model, and profitability framework.
- Develop franchise sales and investor acquisition strategies.
- Assist in franchise recruitment and partner onboarding.
- Standardize operations for scalable growth.
- Provide ongoing strategic guidance during expansion.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of hands-on franchise consulting experience.
- Successfully scaled multiple brands through franchising.
- Robust portfolio with verifiable client success stories.
- Experience across industries such as Retail,



Food & Beverage, Healthcare, Education, Beauty, or Service Businesses.
- Deep understanding of franchise legal documentation, SOPs, operations, and franchise development.
- Excellent business strategy and communication skills.

Preferred:

- Existing network of franchise investors and business owners.
- Experience expanding brands across multiple cities or states.
- Ability to work closely with founders and leadership teams.
