JD:

- Oversee the management of knowledge within the team and drive tracking, reporting, and risk management for project and portfolio status.
- Lead project planning activities, including estimating costs, resource allocation, scheduling, and more.
- Manage both the financial and operational performance across the entire project portfolio, providing guidance to multiple project teams.
- Continuously monitor and stay updated on industry, national, and international regulations (PESTEL factors) that may impact the organization.
- Evaluate the organization's position in the industry and analyze financial data to drive profitability.
- Lead the end-to-end process of gathering and clarifying project requirements.
- Possess a deep understanding of the functional flow of systems and serve as a subject matter expert (SME).




- Review and ensure all project requirements are fully captured in documentation.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of data models, design patterns, and architectural frameworks.
- Offer recommendations for resolving complex technical challenges and propose updates or improvements to system architecture.
- Review design documents to ensure quality and alignment with business objectives.
- Establish best practices, develop a knowledge base, and encourage the use of tools for code reviews, debugging, and more.
- Contribute to Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to assess technical solutions and feasibility.
- Stay adaptable and open to learning recent frameworks as they evolve.
- Continuously expand knowledge of broader social, regulatory, environmental, or technological trends that may affect the business.
- Stay informed about larger social, political, and environmental changes that may impact the organization.
- Use understanding of cost drivers to enhance profitability for the business.
- Analyze and integrate financial data, drawing insights from both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
