Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Operations (Pipeline Projects)

- Lead and manage the overall operations of multiple pipeline projects across various locations.
- Develop operational strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and project performance.
- Ensure projects are executed in accordance with contractual requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
- Monitor resource planning, manpower allocation, equipment utilization, and material availability.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance and implement corrective actions where required.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, quality standards, and statutory regulations.
- Identify operational risks and implement preventive and corrective measures.
- Monitor project costs and optimize operational expenses without compromising quality.




- Resolve operational challenges and provide technical and managerial support to project teams.
- Oversee project reporting, documentation, billing coordination, and client communications.
- Conduct regular site visits and operational reviews to ensure project progress and quality.
- Mentor and guide project managers, engineers, and site teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Coordinate with procurement, planning, QA/QC, finance, and HR departments for effective project delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Report operational performance, project status, and key milestones to senior management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
