Desired Profile:

- Civil engineering graduate + Minimum 3 years of experience in the real estate industry or Civil engineering graduate + PG after engineering (Preferred)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills, delivery skills
- Experience in cost consultancy/ billing department/ site execution/experience in working at the cost control division of the Developer
- Knowledge of the SAP system would be an added advantageRequirements
- The Deputy Cost Engineer will support all cost-related functions, including quantity verification, bill checking, cost monitoring, and preparation of financial updates for the project.
- Verify quantities executed at site based on drawings, site inspections, and measurement sheets.
- Assist in reviewing contractor/vendor RA bills with proper supporting documents.
- Maintain cost trackers, quantity logs, and material consumption records.




- Assist in preparing monthly cost reports, cashflow updates, and cost-to-complete forecasts.
- Track approved variations and update their cost impact in the cost control register.
- Support preparation of reconciliation statements for client-supplied materials.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants to obtain measurements and clarifications.
- Update the MIS sheets for billing, quantities, variations, and progress.
- Flag discrepancies in quantities, rates, or supporting documents during bill verification.
- Support the Contracts Lead in preparing commercial notes, variation logs, and documentation.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
