Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit residential and commercial areas to promote broadband plans and acquire new customers.
- Identify sales opportunities in assigned territories through field prospecting and local networking.
- Explain product details, pricing, and installation process to potential customers.

Perform on-the-spot sales by completing customer onboarding documentation and coordinating installation.

- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the manager.

Submit daily activity reports and maintain lead follow-up records.

- Collaborate with internal teams (installation, support, CRM) to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Participate in field events, promotional drives, and area-wise campaigns.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Confident, outgoing, and self-motivated personality




- Good communication in Hindi and local/regional language (basic English preferred)
- Ability to work independently and handle field conditions
- Knowledge of broadband/ISP industry is an advantage
