Job Description:Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering (Preferred)
- Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certification in AS9100D/ISO standards is an added advantage.

Experience

- 12–20 years of experience in QA/QC, QA/QMS, or Laboratory Operations in alloy steel, steel rolling, forging, foundry, heat treatment, aerospace, automotive, or related manufacturing industries.
- Hands-on experience in IMS, AS9100D, ISO Management Systems, customer quality requirements, documentation, certifications, and laboratory management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and maintain the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with AS9100D, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and customer-specific requirements.
- Manage certification activities, internal/external/customer audits, regulatory compliance, and timely closure of audit findings and CAPA.
- Develop, review, and control quality documentation, including Quality Manuals, SOPs, procedures, work instructions, and records.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, statutory requirements, and customer specifications across all manufacturing processes.
- Lead Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgical, and Calibration Laboratory operations, ensuring testing accuracy, equipment calibration, measurement traceability, and laboratory compliance.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Lean, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Develop and deliver training programs on QMS, IMS, AS9100D, ISO standards, documentation, and quality awareness.
- Monitor quality KPIs, customer complaints, non-conformities, and corrective actions to improve product and process quality.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, R&D;, Maintenance, and Customer Quality teams to ensure effective quality planning and compliance.
- Lead Management Review Meetings (MRM) and provide quality performance reports to senior management.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
