CCTV Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable CCTV Technician to install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CCTV surveillance systems. The ideal candidate should have experience with IP and analog CCTV systems, networking, access control, and related security equipment while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and commission CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related security systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections of surveillance equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install and terminate CAT5e/CAT6 cables, fiber optic cables, and power cabling.
- Configure IP cameras, network switches, routers, and remote viewing applications.
- Install and maintain access control, video intercom, biometric, and alarm systems as required.
- Test and ensure proper functionality of all installed equipment.
- Maintain accurate installation reports, service records, and maintenance logs.
- Provide technical support and user training to customers.
- Follow company safety standards and industry best practices during installations.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to complete projects within scheduled timelines.

Required Qualifications

- ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field.




- 1–5 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance (experience requirement may vary).
- Knowledge of IP and Analog CCTV systems.
- Basic understanding of computer networking (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN).
- Familiarity with DVR/NVR configuration and remote access setup.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driving license (preferred).

Preferred Certifications

- CCTV Installation Certification.
- CCNA (Basic Networking) – Preferred.
- Electrical Safety Certification.
- OEM Certifications (Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, Honeywell, etc.) are an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
