Create and modify CNC programs for Vertical Machining Centers using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Solid cam, ) & manual G-code programming.

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T;, and technical specifications.
- Set up and operate VMC machines to perform milling, drilling, tapping, and other machining operations.
- Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters for efficient machining.
- Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure all machined parts meet quality and dimensional standards.
- Troubleshoot programming or machining issues and implement corrective actions.
- Optimize machining processes to reduce cycle time and increase tool life.
- Maintain detailed records of programs, setups, and maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with design, production,



and quality teams to improve manufacturability and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering
- 5–7 years of experience in CNC/VMC programming and machining.
- Proficient in G-code, M-code, and CAM software ( Mastercam, SolidCAM ).
- Solid understanding of 3-axis and 4-axis VMC operations.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and GD&T.;
- Familiar with CNC machine controllers like Fanuc, or Mitsubishi.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,282,149.88 per year
