- Manage the daily activities of the company's e-commerce website and ensure it runs smoothly.
- Handle all online orders, including processing purchase and sales orders, tracking them, and ensuring they are delivered on time.
- Respond to customer enquiries received through the website and coordinate with the concerned team or vendor to resolve them.
- Work with vendors, suppliers, and delivery partners to ensure products are available and orders are delivered on time.
- Update the website with correct product details, pricing, stock availability, offers, and other required information.
- Check product stock regularly and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to keep inventory information accurate on the website.
- Report website issues to the technical support team and follow up until they are resolved.
- Assist customers with order-related issues, deliveries, returns, refunds,



and product queries as per company policies.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports on customer enquiries, orders, sales, inventory, and other operational activities.
- Maintain proper records of customer communications, vendor discussions, and order details for future reference and audits.

Pay: ₹11,220.41 - ₹31,542.14 per month
