Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Head to lead our after-sales service and commissioning activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing installation support, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, service scheduling, customer satisfaction, and leading a team of service engineers to ensure prompt and effective support.

Key ResponsibilitiesService Operations

- Lead the installation, commissioning, and servicing of industrial automation systems.
- Plan and coordinate service schedules and engineer assignments.
- Ensure timely closure of customer complaints and service requests.
- Monitor service quality and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Technical Support

- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo, Robotics, and electrical control systems.
- Provide technical guidance to service engineers during breakdowns and commissioning.
- Support remote and in office diagnostics.
- Coordinate with design and programming teams to resolve technical issues.

Team Management

- Supervise and mentor service engineers and technicians.
- Allocate resources efficiently across service projects.
- Conduct technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Monitor team performance and service KPIs.

Customer Relationship Management

- Build strong relationships with customers through timely support.




- Handle service escalations professionally.
- Recommend preventive maintenance and system improvements.
- Ensure service reports and customer documentation are completed accurately.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain service records, commissioning reports, and AMC documentation.
- Track spare parts requirements and coordinate with stores/procurement.
- Prepare monthly service performance reports.

Required Skills

- Strong troubleshooting skills in industrial automation systems.
- Excellent customer handling and communication skills.
- Ability to lead service teams and manage multiple service calls.
- Good planning and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer support.

- PLC Systems (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta, Allen-Bradley)
- HMI & SCADA

Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in industrial automation service, commissioning, or maintenance.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
