We have a current job opening for the position of Admin Executive at AB Dinesh Concrete India Pvt. Ltd., a leading Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) company.

Job Description:

- Provide day-to-day administrative support and ensure smooth office operations at the plant.
- Maintain office furnishings, equipment, and supplies, and support telephone, communication, and computer systems.
- Coordinate and provide administrative support for weekly staff meetings.
- Facilitate joining formalities for current employees.
- Provide administrative support to plant operations.
- Ensure proper implementation of office policies and procedures with effective problem-solving activities.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle employee queries and grievances.
- Review current HR and administrative systems and recommend improvements for smooth operations.




- Coordinate employee training and development activities.
- Support performance review procedures (quarterly, half-yearly, and annual evaluations).
- Prepare and submit HR/admin-related letters, documents, certificates, attendance records, and reports as required by management.

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Salary IN CTC- 276000

Note: Vacancy is open experience for RMC and construction industries.
