Role Overview

As a Microsoft Exchange Administrator Intern, gain hands-on experience configuring, managing, and maintaining Microsoft Exchange servers (2013, 2016, 2019) in hybrid environments. Support troubleshooting, security projects, and automation while working with experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in configuring and maintaining Exchange servers in hybrid setups.
- Support troubleshooting of mail flow, database, and connectivity issues.
- Participate in server hardening, upgrades, and patch management.
- Collaborate on email security projects including Edge Servers, EOP, OME, and Proofpoint.
- Develop PowerShell scripting skills for task automation.
- Create and update Exchange configuration and troubleshooting documentation.





What We're Looking For

- Completed degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Exchange, SMTP, POP3, IMAP protocols advantageous.
- Interest in server management, email security, and PowerShell scripting.
- Robust analytical skills and eagerness to learn.
- Effective communication in diverse teams and technical concept explanation.
- Adaptability to non-English environments and translation tools.
