Position Summary:

Xpress Health is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical roles. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and passionate about connecting top talent with opportunities that make a difference in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Source, attract, and engage top talent using various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with Xpress Health’s values and role qualifications.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer acceptance.




- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Partner with HR and department heads to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies and processes.
- Promote employer branding initiatives and support campus recruiting or hiring events as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and internal policies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
