Role: Sr Business Analyst- Hyperautomation (Python) Exp: 4 - 6 yrs Location: Bengaluru Interested, resume to [email protected]
Skills Required: Must have experience as Business Analyst preferably in Hyper automation, Cloud/Azure based product domain Prior experience in mapping data from legacy to modernization systems is preferable but not mandatory bility to work in multiple domains smoothly, however Insurance, healthcare and Retail are preferable though not mandatory An analytical approach to problem solving Experience of using Agile methodologies
Role and Responsibilities Respond to emerging roadmap and market requirements and identifying logical solutions to meet those requirements Participate in the GTM process – ensuring releases are successfully launched to market Act as the “product expert” both internally + externally Work closely with the Product Owner and engineering team to create, manage and maintain a Backlog in JIRA,



including User Stories and Acceptance criteria Work closely with software development teams in an Agile setting to define priorities and manage issues to successful conclusion Work with Agile engineering teams to produce proof of concept solutions where required Managing the release of new product features, working closely with Agile development teams to ensure timely release to high levels of quality and producing detailed release plans Production of product specifications and release notes Create clearly defined requirements through rigorous investigation, analysis and review in order to define and clearly document business and user requirements Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues Work with developers to monitor code changes for quality and impact on future roadmap items to reduce potential bugs Actively contribute to the definition of the future roadmap of the product Work with engineering teams to improve velocity through advising on code sharing to reduce coding times, validating estimates, reviewing velocity and sprint overflow and feeding back improvements via retrospectives Work with engineering teams to detail non-functional requirements
