About The Role
Kyoto Web Technologies is looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch Executive to handle daily dispatch and logistics operations. The candidate will coordinate shipments, manage dispatch records, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dispatch operations and shipment scheduling
- Prepare invoices, e-way bills, challans, and shipping documents
- Coordinate with drivers, transporters, and warehouse staff
- Track deliveries and resolve dispatch-related issues
- Maintain dispatch records and update ERP/Excel reports
- Verify packaging, loading, and shipment details before dispatch
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics operations
- Knowledge of invoicing, e-way bills, and dispatch documentation
- Basic MS Excel and ERP/software knowledge
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
