Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with Tally and FACT software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and sales entries
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
- Maintain GST records and assist in return filing
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment follow-ups
- Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting role
- Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and practices
- Hands-on experience in Tally and FACT software
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in manufacturing or trading industry
- Basic knowledge of GST and taxation

Salary & Benefits:
As per industry standards

Working Days & Timings:
Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
