- Collect, verify, and process utility bills on a monthly basis.
- Reconcile utility bills with meter readings and identify any discrepancies or anomalies.
- Maintain a month-wise tracker of utility expenses across all locations and units.
- Analyse utility consumption trends and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve billing disputes and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate and follow up on repair and maintenance-related works.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per hour
