Position: Automation Mechanical Supervisor
Experience: 7–10 Years
Qualification: Diploma in Tool & Die Making (NTTF/KTTF)
Salary: As per Industry Standard
Location: Cochin

Requirements:

- 7–10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry (same industry experience mandatory – Automotive / Non-Automotive).
- Solid knowledge of progressive tooling, automation systems, and mechanical feeder systems.
- Hands-on experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and servo systems.
- Preferred experience in connector/wiring harness assembly processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a shift-wise team for SPM machine development and breakdown maintenance.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of automation equipment,



mechanical feeder systems, and pneumatic/hydraulic/servo systems.
- Support assembly, setup, and continuous improvement of automation tools and machinery.
- Maintain technical documentation and manage spare parts for automation systems.
- Provide technical support and training to machine operators while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
