Full Job Description

Speedways Rent A Car Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Billing Assistant to support the Billing Executive in day-to-day billing operations. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, organized, and capable of handling billing documentation and data entry with accuracy.

Responsibilities

- Assist the Billing Executive in preparing Sales Invoices and Purchase Bills.
- Perform data entry and maintain billing records.
- Verify billing documents before invoice preparation.
- Maintain customer and vendor billing files.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to collect billing-related documents.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Support customer and vendor ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit purposes.




- Follow up internally for pending billing documents.
- Assist in month-end billing activities and other finance-related tasks.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Billing Executive or Finance Manager.

Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma (Commerce preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in Billing, Accounts, or Back Office (Freshers may also apply).
- Basic knowledge of GST and invoicing.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Tally/ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Solid attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
