Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of Security Services projects by coordinating resources and aligning efforts with global delivery standards. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to established methods and tools, and facilitating training and asset utilization to optimize project outcomes. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and address any challenges that arise, ensuring that security objectives are met efficiently and effectively within the organizational framework.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of security services.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to meet delivery targets.
- Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Security.
- Strong knowledge of access control concepts and role management within SAP environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing security policies and procedures.
- Ability to analyze security risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Familiarity with SAP security tools and technologies for monitoring and compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on security delivery and governance.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Security.
