Job Description

- Receiving Inbound calls and counselling for professional Certification / Diploma Courses.
- Out-bond calls as per the leads received from different sources.
- Should have the capability to judge the requirements of the students and should be able to convert into admission.
- Responsible for converting telephone inquiries into admissions.
- Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling as per the timelines.
- Should do content writing and email marketing.

Required skills

- Positive communication skills. (Fluency in English and Hindi both is a must).
- Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done.
- Candidates should be comfortable with a target-based job.
