Mischief Monkey is looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. The candidate should have a strong understanding of fashion, product development, sampling, production follow-ups, costing, inventory, and vendor coordination.

The merchandiser will act as a bridge between the design team, vendors, production team, inventory team, and sales team to ensure that products are developed and delivered on time with the right quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with designers for new product development, samples, fabrics, trims, colours, measurements, and styling details
- Follow up with vendors, manufacturers, fabric suppliers, printing units, washing units, and production teams
- Manage sampling from start to final approval
- Track production timelines and ensure orders are completed on time
- Prepare and maintain product costing sheets
- Maintain records for styles, SKUs, sizes, colours, quantities, fabrics, trims, and order status
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, fast-moving styles, and replenishment requirements




- Coordinate quality checks to ensure products match approved samples
- Maintain Excel sheets for sampling, production, costing, vendor follow-ups, inventory, and dispatch updates
- Support e-commerce product listing details such as product names, descriptions, size charts, pricing, and SKU codes
- Communicate regularly with internal teams and vendors to avoid delays and errors

Requirements:

- Prior experience in merchandising, fashion, apparel, retail, or e-commerce preferred
- Valuable understanding of garments, fabrics, trims, measurements, fits, and production processes
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple styles and orders at the same time
- Strong attention to detail and timeline management
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of costing, inventory, sampling, and vendor management will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹13,206.50 - ₹25,000.00 per month
