Marketing Executive is responsible for building brand awareness, driving patient footfall, and strengthening referral networks with doctors, schools, and community organizations for the clinic's speech therapy and hearing care services.

Referral & Doctor Network Management

- Build relationships with ENT specialists, pediatricians, schools, and special education centers for patient referrals
- Organize regular visits/meetings with referring doctors
- Maintain a referral database and track conversion from referrals

Community & Outreach Programs

- Organize free hearing/speech screening camps in schools, old-age homes, and residential communities
- Conduct awareness sessions on speech delay, hearing loss, and early intervention
- Represent the clinic at health fairs, exhibitions, and community events

Key Skills Required





- Strong communication (local language + English)
- Basic digital marketing knowledge (social media, Google Ads)
- Relationship management (doctors, schools, community leaders)
- Sensitivity toward healthcare communication (dealing with patients/parents dealing with disability or hearing loss)
- Event coordination for camps/screenings

Reporting Structure

Typically reports to the Clinic Director
