About the Role

Angroos is looking for an Online Enquiry & Sales Management Executive who can handle customer enquiries from various online platforms, convert enquiries into sales, and provide excellent customer support throughout the sales process.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in phone calls and chatting, good sales ability, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities & Duties

- Handle customer enquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website, email, and other online platforms
- Respond to enquiries quickly and professionally
- Convert enquiries into successful sales through calls, chats, and follow-ups
- Guide customers in selecting suitable products based on their requirements and budget
- Share product details, quotations, photos, videos, and order information with customers
- Follow up with potential customers and pending enquiries
- Coordinate with customers regarding customization, payments, delivery schedules, and order updates
- Maintain enquiry records and customer databases properly
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and business growth
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with design, production, packing,



and delivery teams for smooth order processing
- Handle customer concerns and provide timely solutions
- Support online sales campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers

Required Skills

- Strong sales and negotiation ability
- Good phone communication and WhatsApp/chat handling skills
- Ability to convince and convert enquiries into sales
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with social media platforms
- Ability to handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Valuable organizational and follow-up skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Friendly, energetic, and confident personality
- Good communication in Malayalam and English
- Previous experience in customer support, online sales, telesales, or enquiry handling is preferred
- Experience with e-commerce, gifting, retail, or social media sales is an advantage
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach
