- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative platform strategies that support enterprise transformation objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to foster qualified growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong understanding of cloud computing architectures and service models related to Platform as a Service.
- Experience in evaluating and selecting technology platforms based on business requirements and cost considerations.
- Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient platform solutions tailored to enterprise needs.
- Familiarity with industry-specific technology assets and their application in enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability to address complex technical challenges in multi-team settings.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).

- This position is based at our DDC 1 - STPI office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
