Job Summary

We are looking for highly talented and energetic Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. The candidate should be confident in meeting clients directly, generating leads, building solid customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Candidates with excellent communication and negotiation skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit clients and business locations to promote company services/products
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
- Prepare daily sales reports and follow-up updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service
- Attend meetings, presentations, and promotional activities





Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability
- Passion for field sales and business development
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
