Job Summary

We are looking for a Process Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating with different departments, monitoring process adherence, maintaining records, and supporting timely task completion. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of following up with teams to ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily operational activities across departments.
- Monitor task progress and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain process documentation, trackers, and MIS reports.
- Follow up with teams for pending tasks and updates.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and internal processes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Coordinate with management for process implementation and updates.
- Support cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency.

Required Skills





- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Basic MIS reporting knowledge.

Preferred Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, MBA, or equivalent preferred).
