Job Role : Business Development Associate (Trophy & Corporate Gifting)

Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Full-Time (In-person)

Salary: Fixed Salary + Performance based incentives

Experience: 0 – 4 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply)

Responsibilities :

- Handle customer inquiries from start to finish.

- Understand client requirements and suggest creative trophy and corporate gifting ideas.

- Meet corporate clients (HR, Admin, and Marketing teams) virtually or in person.

- Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales.

- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely order delivery.

- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva, and other digital tools to create presentations, design concepts, marketing content, and sales materials.

Eligibility :

- 0 – 4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Client Handling.

- Freshers with excellent English communication skills can also apply.

- Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.





- Solid verbal and written English communication skills.

- Creative mindset with an interest in design and corporate branding.

- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva, and other digital platforms to generate ideas, write content, and create visual concepts.

- Willing to travel within Bangalore for client meetings.

- Immediate joiners are preferred.
