Job Title: Process Coordinator – Tamil / Telugu (Translator)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Process Coordinator (Tamil/Telugu) who will be responsible for coordinating with employees across departments by communicating in Tamil or Telugu. The role involves following up on assigned tasks, maintaining trackers, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between teams. Freshers with excellent language skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with employees in Tamil or Telugu regarding assigned tasks.

Follow up regularly to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Translate and explain work-related instructions when required.

Maintain and update Google Sheets and task trackers.

Monitor daily task progress and identify pending activities.

Prepare and share daily task completion reports with reporting managers.

Coordinate with different departments to collect updates and resolve delays.

Escalate overdue or pending tasks to the concerned manager.

Maintain accurate records and ensure no task is missed.

Qualification:





Any Graduate.

Freshers can apply.

Requirements:

Fluency in Tamil or Telugu (Speaking is Mandatory).

Basic English communication skills.

Good knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel.

Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Highly organized with positive attention to detail.

Responsible, proactive, and disciplined approach towards work.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
