Job Title: Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager

Job Description:

- Manage and drive complex system integration projects across teams and stakeholders
- Work in Agile environments using tools like JIRA and MS Project
- Collaborate with globally dispersed technology and business teams
- Drive project estimations, planning, budgeting, and execution
- Coordinate with clients on requirements and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Handle service delivery, incident management, and problem management activities
- Prepare and present performance and project status reports
- Manage client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Lead and coordinate internal teams for successful project delivery
- Ensure compliance with ITIL framework and best practices

Required Skills:

- Experience with complex system integrations




- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Experience in project budget management and estimation processes
- Proficiency in MS Project
- Strong understanding of Service Delivery and Client Relationship Management
- Experience in Incident and Problem Management
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Good understanding of ITIL framework and operational best practices
