Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into consultations, therapy programs, and certification courses.
- Build partnerships with schools, colleges, corporates, hospitals, NGOs, and community organizations.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand Calmscious services across different markets.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with the digital marketing team.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business pitches.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Prepare business reports and growth plans for management review.
- Support branch expansion and new service launches.

Required Skills

- Sales, marketing, and business development experience.

Qualification

- MBA (Marketing / Business Development) preferred.
- Any Graduate with relevant experience may apply.

Experience

- 2–5 years in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Relationship Management.
- Healthcare, Education, Training, Wellness, or Service Industry experience preferred.
