Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and streamline daily end-to-end sofa manufacturing processes (framing, cutting, stitching, foaming, upholstery, and finishing).
- Supervise, guide, and manage factory workers and craftsmen across all production departments.
- Ensure strict quality control at every stage of production to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
- Plan daily/weekly production schedules to meet delivery targets and customer order deadlines.
- Monitor raw material usage, track inventory, and minimize material wastage (fabric, leather, foam, timber, etc.).
- Enforce workplace safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized factory floor.
- Troubleshoot production delays or technical assembly issues on the shop floor.

Requirements & Skills:

- Prior experience as a Factory Supervisor or Workshop Manager in sofa, furniture, or upholstery manufacturing is required.




- Hands-on knowledge of sofa production stages: frame construction, fabric/leather cutting & stitching, foam layering, and upholstery techniques.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to read design specs, manage shop floor workers, and maintain strict quality standards.
- Positive problem-solving skills and time management.
