Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all inward and outward material activities.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and stock records.
- Handle GRN, Material Issue, Stock Transfer & Dispatch documentation.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Quality departments.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO inventory systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of materials.
- Manage store staff and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF Functions, Charts, Data Validation, MIS Reports).
- Robust knowledge of Inventory Management and Store Operations.
- Experience with ERP software and inventory control systems.
- Knowledge of GRN, Material Issue, Stock Audit, FIFO/FEFO.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹18,841.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
