Key Responsibilities

- Design Execution & Craft: Lead the design and production of brand identities, presentations, campaign assets, Website Design and other client deliverables, ensuring high creative and craft standards across every touchpoint.
- Team Mentorship: Guide, review, and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and helping raise the overall design quality of the team's output.
- Project Ownership: Manage design timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects, coordinating with copy, strategy, and account teams to ensure on-time, on-brief delivery.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all client touchpoints, ensuring visual consistency across digital, print, and presentation formats.
- Design Systems & Tools: Build and maintain reusable templates, style guides,



and design systems that improve efficiency and consistency across projects.

Core Competencies

- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic/Brand Designer, Senior Designer, or similar role, with a robust portfolio spanning Graphic and Website design
- Tool Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop),Canva and Figma.
- Design Fundamentals: Strong grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and brand systems, with the ability to design across print, digital formats.
