About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities, generating leads, coordinating promotional campaigns, and enhancing brand visibility across online and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
- Generate quality leads through digital and offline marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support lead conversion.
- Manage and monitor social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging marketing content, including social media posts, brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
- Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Assist in developing branding strategies to increase market presence.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for marketing materials.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with the company's brand guidelines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or digital marketing.
- Freshers with strong communication and marketing skills may also apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Creative thinking with strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for marketing activities, if required.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Compensation

Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.

Minimum Commitment

Candidates should be willing to commit to the organization for a minimum period of one year.
