Equipment Maintenance & Repair

- Maintenance of reactors, centrifuges, dryers (FD, RD), filters (Nutsche), pumps, compressors
- Dismantling and assembling mechanical parts
- Attending breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting

Installation & Fabrication

- Installation of recent machinery and pipelines
- Basic fabrication, cutting, grinding, drilling work
- Alignment of motors, pumps, and shafts

Utility & Process Support

- Handling utilities like steam lines, chilled water, vacuum systems
- Supporting production during batch operations
- Ensuring equipment readiness before batch start

GMP & Safety Compliance

- Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
- Use PPE and follow safety procedures (LOTO, PTW)
- Maintain cleanliness and avoid contamination
- Work in hazardous areas (solvents, chemicals) safely

Documentation

- Maintain logbooks,



maintenance records, breakdown reports
- Follow SOPs and report deviations

Required Skills

- Knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment
- Understanding of pumps, valves, pipelines
- Basic knowledge of pharma equipment
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Expereince- Minimum 5 years

1. Reactor / RCVD mech. Seal fitting .

2. Centrifuge bearing fitting.

3. Glass assembly work fitting.

4. Vacuum pump ( water ring and booster pump )maint. Work

5. Pump mech. Seal / maint. Work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
