Role Description

The Career Coach will provide individualized support to clients using Ark Abroad and other Hubloop career products, helping them define goals, build job search strategies, and navigate the Australian job market. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting coaching sessions, delivering career counseling, preparing clients for interviews, and guiding them through résumé and profile optimization. The role also involves creating career development resources, tracking client progress, and collaborating with product and operations teams to improve tools and services based on client feedback. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring regular interaction with clients and team members.

Qualifications

- Strong Job Coaching and Career Counseling skills, with experience supporting diverse talent in their job search.
- Expertise in Career Development, including goal setting, job search strategy, and long-term career planning.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and build trust with clients.
- Proficiency in Interview Preparation, including mock interviews, feedback, and guidance on employer expectations.
- Understanding of international talent challenges and familiarity with the Australian job market or willingness to learn.
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, education, human resources, or a related field; relevant certifications in coaching or counseling are a plus.
- Comfort working with technology and AI-enabled tools, with a proactive approach to suggesting improvements.

Pay: ₹14,084.04 - ₹42,090.69 per month
