Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and adapt applications accordingly is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.




- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and release processes.
- Ability to work with APIs and low-code development tools to extend application functionality.
- Familiarity with IT service management concepts and their implementation within packaged applications.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
