Responsibilities:
1. Conduct inspections of the hotel premises, including rooms, hallways, public areas, and facilities.
2. Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances
3. Troubleshoot and repair issues related to lighting, heating, cooling, plumbing, and other operational systems
4. Respond promptly to requests from staff or guests.
5 Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and parts used.
6. Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies during maintenance activities.

Qualifications:
- Diploma EEE and ITI with B License prefered
Proven experience in facility maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or related fields.

Good communication skills and ability work independently or part of a team.
Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks.
