Junior Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Social Media Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns across multiple platforms. The candidate will be responsible for content publishing, audience engagement, basic content creation, performance tracking, and assisting the senior team in executing digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

- Manage daily social media activities across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other platforms.
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and visual identity.
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions and respond promptly.

2. Content Coordination

- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers.
- Assist in creating engaging captions, hashtags, and post descriptions.
- Ensure content is published according to the approved content calendar.
- Maintain content records and publishing schedules.

3. Content Creation

- Write basic social media captions and creative copy.
- Suggest trending content ideas and campaign concepts.
- Assist in creating reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos.
- Support content shoots when required.

4. Community Management





- Engage with followers through comments and messages.
- Build relationships with online communities.
- Monitor audience feedback and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Encourage user-generated content and interactions.

5. Trend Research

- Research industry trends, competitors, and viral content.
- Identify trending hashtags, audio, and social media formats.
- Recommend recent content opportunities.

6. Performance Monitoring

- Track social media metrics including:
- Reach
- Engagement
- Followers Growth
- Video Views
- Clicks
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Suggest improvements based on analytics.

7. Campaign Support

- Assist in influencer collaboration
