Job Purpose

Role Overview

We are looking for a Planning & Strategy qualified to support business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination. The role involves identifying business opportunities, improving operational efficiency, and driving data-backed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop short-term and long-term business strategies aligned with company goals
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis
- Support annual operating plans, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Track key business KPIs and prepare management dashboards/reports
- Identify growth opportunities, cost optimization areas, and process improvements
- Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product teams
- Prepare presentations and strategic recommendations for leadership reviews
- Monitor execution of strategic initiatives and ensure timely delivery
- Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or related field




- MBA preferred for mid/senior roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
- Experience with business planning, MIS reporting, and strategy frameworks
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Preferred Experience

- 2–8 years of experience in Strategy, Business Planning, Consulting, FP&A;, or Corporate Planning
- Experience in sectors such as FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Technology, or Startups is a plus
