Job Summary:

The State Head will be responsible for overseeing all business operations, strategic initiatives, and overall performance within a designated state or region. This pivotal role requires a dynamic leader with a solid track record in driving revenue growth, managing P&L;, and leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in expanding market share, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive state-level business strategies aligned with national objectives to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
- P&L; Management: Full ownership of the state's Profit & Loss statement, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization to ensure financial health and growth.
- Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team across various functions (e.g., sales, operations, support). Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Business Development & Sales: Drive aggressive business development efforts,



identify new market opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and oversee sales activities to expand customer base and achieve sales targets.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and implement best practices to enhance productivity and service delivery.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders (e.g., national leadership, functional heads) and external partners, clients, and regulatory bodies.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all state operations adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements, mitigating potential risks.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly report on state performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
