We are looking for a qualified and experienced Consultant (Veterinary) to support livestock and animal husbandry-related programs. The candidate will provide technical guidance, monitor field activities, and coordinate with government departments, stakeholders, and field teams to ensure successful implementation of project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for livestock and animal health programs.
* Coordinate with government departments, veterinarians, and field staff.
* Conduct field visits to monitor project implementation.
* Support animal health awareness, vaccination, and disease prevention activities.
* Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
* Collect and analyze field data related to livestock development.
* Ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
* Assist in training and capacity-building programs for field teams and beneficiaries.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
* Bachelor in Veterinary Science (B.V.Sc. & A.H.) (Mandatory)
Experience
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in:
* Central/State Government Ministries or Departments
* Non-Profit Organizations (NGOs)
* Corporate Organizations
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of animal health and livestock management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Report writing and documentation skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Willingness to travel for field visits.
Preferred Candidate
* Experience in livestock development or government-funded projects.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
