Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounts, cash book, and bank transactions.
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Manage billing, collections, and vendor payments.
- Perform bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (as applicable).
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in audits.
- Maintain payroll records and employee reimbursements.
- Coordinate with management, auditors, and tax consultants.
- Ensure accurate financial documentation and record keeping.

Eligibility

- B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
- Experience in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software is preferred.
- Prior experience in a hospital, diagnostic centre,



or healthcare organization is an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.
