Job Responsibilities:

A. Achievement of business objectives

2. Support and achieve Operational Excellence in improving

Product quality by implementing QMS on site.

B. Quality

- Implement and follow Quality Manuals issued by CTC in all sites.

- No product recalls

- Ensure analyses are carried out with the frequency specified by BIS and UB in the units.

- Ensure quality parameters as per UB are maintained.

- Cross checking of chemical and microbiological analyses of product water.

C. Maintenance of Records & Reports to CTC

- Maintain records of Raw Water and Finished Product analyses both internal and external. Highlight non-conformity to Unit Head/ QA manager. Follow up with the units to develop corrective & preventive action plan.

- Maintain records of Packaging Quality Index, quality complaints,

- Send Reports to concerned manager as per schedule given by CTC.

- Ensure that the units report on time.

Manufacturing Facility Visits & Complaints

- Visit manufacturing facilities as per the given frequency. Send report to all concerned.
- Follow up with units to attend quality complaints within 48 Hrs of receipt of the complaint. Maintain complete records and close complaint within 7 days.

E. Self & Subordinate Development:

- Give on-the-job training to site technicians (Chemist, microbiologist, process chemist).
- Arranging quality control awareness meetings time to time with site team comprising shop floor staff.
- Together with site technical team, train shop floor staff
- Identify training program for self

F. Calibration:

- Follow up with units to calibrate and maintain all inspection measuring and test equipment.

G. Others:

- To ensure proper running of the WTP (cleaning, sanitation etc.)
