Job Description :

- SEO Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business objectives. Conduct competitive analysis, identify gaps, and recommend actionable solutions to improve rankings and traffic. Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms and industry trends.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance and training as needed. Allocate tasks effectively, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects. Conduct regular performance reviews and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
- Keyword Research & Content Optimization Collaborate with content teams to optimize website content, blog posts, and other assets for target keywords. Ensure content aligns with user intent and meets SEO standards.
- Technical SEO: Conduct regular technical audits to identify and resolve issues related to website performance, crawl ability, and indexation. Collaborate with developers to implement structured data, improve page load speeds, and ensure mobile-friendliness. Monitor and manage website architecture to enhance search engine visibility.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush,



and others to track, analyze, and report on key metrics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data.
- Link-Building & Outreach: Develop and manage ethical link-building strategies. Monitor backlink profiles to ensure quality and relevance.

Requirements and Skills :

- Proven experience in SEO, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Strategic thinking and results-driven approach. Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Robust understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry best practices.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Magento, or Shopify.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
