We are looking for a reliable Commis 2 to support our bakery and pastry operations in Ernakulam. This role is ideal for someone who is detail - oriented and eager to build strong foundational skills in a professional kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in ingredient preparation and basic baking tasks
- Support senior team members with daily kitchen activities
- Handle cleaning, organization, and workstation upkeep
- Follow standard procedures for food safety and hygiene
- Contribute to efficient workflow during operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in bakery or kitchen environment
- Basic knowledge of baking and preparation techniques
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Good teamwork and coordination skills
- Punctual, responsible, and consistent
