Roles & Responsibilities:

- Create, implement, and manage social media strategies. Align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Develop engaging content for various social media platforms (text, image, video).
- Collaborate with designers and writers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Monitor and respond to social media channels for comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Track and analyze social media reports and metrics to gauge success and areas for improvement.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid promotions and coordinate with marketing teams to amplify campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media platforms. Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and values.
- Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, tools, and technologies.




- Address and manage any social media crises or negative publicity. Develop strategies to mitigate and manage potential social media issues.
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Define and track key social media KPIs.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written).
- Oversee social media accounts’ design and layout.
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
- Use social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
- Track and analyze social media performance and prepare reports.
- Assist with developing and managing social media campaigns.

Required Skill Set:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Basic knowledge of SEO is a plus, web traffic metrics, and social media algorithms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong writing and editing skills and ability to create visually appealing content.
- Experience in graphic design and video editing is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative thinker and problem-solver, team player with a positive attitude.
