Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Recruiter with a strong background in US Healthcare Staffing. The ideal candidate must have experience working with US staffing companies and hands-on expertise in recruiting through Vendor Management Systems (VMS/MSP). The candidate should be capable of managing high-volume requisitions, sourcing qualified healthcare professionals, and consistently meeting submission and placement targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US healthcare positions.
- Work on job requisitions received through VMS/MSP portals and ensure timely submissions.
- Source, screen, interview, and qualify healthcare professionals including RNs, LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, Allied Health Professionals, Therapists, Technicians, Physicians, and other clinical staff.
- Submit qualified candidates within client turnaround times while maintaining quality standards.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals for contract, travel, per diem, and permanent positions.
- Negotiate pay rates and employment terms with candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and start dates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment systems.
- Verify licenses, certifications,



work authorization, and compliance documentation.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for submissions, interviews, placements, and hires.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates to support future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Client Managers to fulfill client requirements efficiently.

Required Experience & Qualifications

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in US Healthcare Staffing.
- Mandatory experience working with US staffing companies.
- Hands-on experience working on VMS/MSP requirements is required.
- Strong understanding of US healthcare staffing processes and recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience recruiting for hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare systems.
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Boolean Search.
- Experience using ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal, Crelate, or similar.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
